Fire Breaks Out in Dubai's JLT This Afternoon

A huge fire broke out near the JLT residences in Dubai on Wednesday, sending smoke across the area.

One resident took a video of the fire, saying they were watching it from Cluster M of the JLT complex, and identified the location of the flames as being "on the corner of Garn Al Sabka Street next to JLT and Sheikh Zayed Road".

Local security first used fire extinguishers to calm the blaze before emergency services arrived to the scene
