Khaled Al Shehi Wins UAE's Second Gold Medal at the 19th Asian Games

Emirati athlete Khaled Al-Shehi won a gold medal in jiu-jitsu in the 62 kg category on Thursday, Oct. 5 at the 19th Asian Games in China, which is the second gold medal for the UAE at the games. 

In the same category, UAE's Khalid Al Blooshi won a silver medal. 

Another athlete Mohammed Al Suwaidi won a silver medal in the 69 kg category of the jiu-jitsu matches. 

Balquis Al Hashemi also won a silver medal in the 48 kg category of the jiu-jitsu event.

Judoka Omar Magomedomarov won the UAE's first gold medal last week. 

These athletes have become the pride of the nation and an inspiration to all aspiring athletes in the UAE.
