The new system lets motorists pay a flat monthly fee to park in designated areas around the city, no more stressing about fines or rushing to renew your ticket.

What's Included in the Subscription?

The subscription covers various parking options including roadside parking, public lots, and even spaces in some private communities. It's designed to be flexible and cost-effective, catering to different needs.

Areas Where Monthly Parking Is Now Available

Here’s a breakdown of the available areas and pricing:

Dubai Hills Public Parking (631G)

Light vehicle owners can subscribe and link one vehicle.

• 1 month: AED 500
• 3 months: AED 1,400
• 6 months: AED 2,500
• 12 months: AED 4,500

Silicon Oasis – Limited Area

• Includes 5% VAT.
• Non-refundable.
• One vehicle per subscription.
• 3 months: AED 1,000
• 6 months: AED 1,500
• 12 months: AED 2,500

Silicon Oasis, Zone H

• 3 months: AED 1,400
• 6 months: AED 2,500
• 12 months: AED 4,500

Wasl Communities (Zone W & WP)

• Valid for Wasl Real Estate public parking only.
• Refunds only within 48 hours of purchase.
• One vehicle allowed.
• 1 month: AED 300
• 3 months: AED 800
• 6 months: AED 1,600
• 12 months: AED 2,800

Roadside & Plot Parking (Zones A, B, C, D)

• Roadside: Max 4 hours.
• Plot: Max 24 hours.
• 1 month: AED 500
• 3 months: AED 1,400
• 6 months: AED 2,500
• 12 months: AED 4,500

Plot Parking Only (Zones B and D)

Valid for 24-hour parking.

• 1 month: AED 250
• 3 months: AED 700
• 6 months: AED 1,300
• 12 months: AED 2,400

How to Subscribe

• Select Your Area: Use the map on the Parkin app or website to pick your desired parking location.
• Choose a Plan: Pick the subscription type and duration that fits your needs.
• Fill In the Details: Complete the form, upload the required documents, and pay online.

Important Notes Before You Subscribe

• You can register up to three vehicles under one Dubai traffic file, but only one can be active at a time. Switching is allowed every 30 minutes.
• If your traffic file is from outside Dubai or under a company name, you can only link one vehicle.
• No refunds once you've subscribed (except for Wasl zone within 48 hours).
• You cannot downgrade from “roadside & plots” to “plots only.”
• There’s a AED 100 fee to modify vehicle info linked to your subscription.

Parkin's Updated Parking Tariffs

In case you missed it, Parkin also revised public parking tariffs across Dubai. Premium zones now cost AED 6 per hour during peak hours (8am - 10am and 4pm - 8pm), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Premium parking zones, marked AP, BP, CP, and DP, are in high-demand areas near metro stations or dense commercial hubs.
