A new mega-development in Dubai creek announced by Emaar properties is said to be in the works, expected to be double the size of Dubai mall and the largest shopping center in the world.

The Dubai square, built in Dubai Creek, is expected to be around 750,000 square feet (up to 100 football fields) and will be the same size, if not slightly larger, thank the already largest mall in the work New South China Mall in Dongguan, China.

Dubai Square will be near twice the size of the Dubai Mall. It's about three levels high with luscious landscapes all around, glass ceilings and special Customized LED technology for online in-store shopping experiences. LED tech will include custom-designed apps for your phone, radio frequency identification tech, quick online checkout options, mobile payments and click & collect services, specially designed apps for ordering food will minimize the long waits in line as well as custom recommendations for dining as well as 3D printed delicacies. The streets of the mall will offer street vendors, live cooking stations and festive pop-up markets grab-and-go F&B offerings and an organic market all within the piazzas boulevards and glass roofs of the luxurious development.

The interior is specially designated to resemble a city of its own giving the visitors a feel for the future, inspired by the worlds top tourist destinations such as Los Angeles Beverly Hills, London Oxford-street, and of course its own Arabian twist to it.
