As the New Year approaches in Dubai, landlords and real estate agents are capitalizing on the city's iconic Burj Khalifa fireworks display by offering luxury two-bedroom apartments with prime views.

Prices for these exclusive accommodations start at Dhs 12,000 per night, reaching up to Dhs 37,000 per night. Booking.com lists even more opulent options with exclusive penthouses commanding rates between Dh70,000 and Dh80,000 for a single night.

For those planning to celebrate from December 30th, 2023, to January 1st, 2024, additional premium apartments are available for rent at rates ranging from Dh30,000 to Dh50,000. Classified platforms like Dubizzle and short-term accommodation apps like Airbnb are experiencing a surge in interest, with many properties already booked out.

Mostafa Hammad, Head of Leads Management at Drehomes Real Estate said, “For the past couple of months, we’ve encountered challenges securing available spaces, particularly in Downtown areas. It’s become very expensive. There is zero availability in these areas, especially now. The highest was Dh160,000 per month for a four-bedroom apartment, at the end of November. This particular apartment has a huge balcony and a direct view of Burj Khalifa.”
