The Golden Visa for property owners is open to anyone who:

• Owns one or more properties worth at least AED 2 million in the UAE.
• Has fully paid for the property or mortgaged it through an approved local bank.
• Purchases off-plan properties worth AED 2 million or more from approved UAE-based developers, with proof of payment completion.

8 Easy Steps To Get Your Golden Visa

1. Eligibility Check – Submit your details for initial nomination to confirm you qualify.
2. Start The Journey – Once approved, ICP will guide you through every step.
3. Visa Approval – You’ll get a notification once your visa is approved.
4. Cancel Current Residency (If Any) – If you already have a UAE visa, cancel it to continue.
5. Status Adjustment – ICP updates your visa status. If you have fines, you’ll receive a payment link.
6. Medical Test & Health Insurance – Take a medical exam and get a two-year health insurance plan. If done through approved centres, ICP will process your Emirates ID automatically.
7. Biometric Enrolment (If Needed) – You may be asked to schedule fingerprinting at an ICP centre.
