A surface and upper-level low-pressure system from the East is affecting the UAE, bringing partly cloudy and hazy conditions across the country.

Scattered Rain and Rising Temperatures

Expect convective cloud formation, particularly over eastern and some internal regions, which may lead to scattered rainfall. Temperatures continue to soar, with highs reaching:

  • 49°C in internal areas

  • 44°C in coastal regions

  • 39°C in mountainous areas

Humidity and Fog Risk

Humidity will rise by night and into Saturday morning, especially in western regions. There’s also a chance of fog or mist, so motorists should drive with caution.

Winds, Dust, and Reduced Visibility

Light to moderate winds will blow southeasterly to northeasterly, with speeds reaching:

  • 50 km/h inland

  • 40 km/h along coasts

  • 45 km/h in mountainous regions

Winds may stir up blowing dust and sand, reducing horizontal visibility at times.
