A new bridge is quietly changing how people will get to one of the UAE’s most talked-about resorts.

The 548-metre Wynn Bridge, which links Wynn Al Marjan Island to the E311 and E611 highways, is now almost 50 per cent complete. Once finished, it will give drivers a direct route between Dubai, the Northern Emirates, and the upcoming resort.

The bridge is expected to be ready by late 2026, just in time for the resort’s planned Spring 2027 opening.

Direct Access to Major Highways

Wynn Bridge will connect the resort to the UAE’s main road network via Wynn Boulevard. This means smoother drives and fewer detours for anyone heading to Al Marjan Island from Dubai or nearby emirates.

Construction is moving as planned. Piling works are done, and nine out of 10 bridge column pile caps are already in place. Overall progress currently stands at 48 per cent.

Resort Construction Moving Fast

Work on the wider Wynn Al Marjan Island project is also picking up pace. The resort spans more than 60 hectares and will feature over 1,500 rooms, multiple dining spots, and leisure and wellness facilities.

Its signature tower reached its full height of 299 metres in December 2025. Structural concrete is complete up to the 71st floor roof, steel roof crown installation has started, and façade works are 83 per cent done, with more than 21,800 panels already installed.
