Abu Dhabi's Sheikh Zayed Festival Opens This Friday

The popular Sheikh Zayed Festival will kick off in Abu Dhabi's Al Wathba neighbourhood from Friday, November 17th, 2023 to March 9th, 2024.

The festival will be held under the patronage of the President, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court.

This year's edition offers several family-friendly cultural and sporting events, as well as live entertainment, including some of the most magnificent fireworks displays in the UAE, as well as numerous exhibitions and global civilizations pavilions.

Some exciting attractions we can look forward to in 2023 include a heritage village focusing on traditional industries and crafts.

There are also going to be popular folk artists from other countries entertaining attendees.

Visitors last year were able to watch motocross and automobile drifting, as well as a drone show, as well as explore Fun Fair City, The Dessert Museum, and Selfie Street, and even experience go-karting.
