Dubai witnesses the establishment of the 'Dubai Integrated Housing Center,' a new initiative aimed at providing diverse residential services to citizens. Located at Avenue Mall in Nad Al Sheba, the center, set to begin operations in February, was officially launched by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. The initiative, under the directives of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, aligns with the Dubai Social Agenda 33, focusing on enhancing family life.

Comprehensive Residential Support

The newly launched center will offer 54 residential services from four government departments and two private sector partners, all conveniently available under one roof. These services include offerings from Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Land. Private partners, Emirates Islamic Bank and Sobha Realty, are also contributing to the array of services.
