UAE to Have the World's Tallest Residential Building

Launched by Binghatti with Jacob & Co, the luxury jewellery and watch brand, a new skyscraper in Dubai is aiming to be the world’s tallest residential building in Business Bay with more than 100 storeys.

Interested buyers can register during an event on November 16 in Dubai. 

Penthouses

There will be five penthouses at the tower, and draws a direct line to Jacob & Co.’s legacy in watch- and jewellery.

The penthouses will consist of three types, each named after flagship Jacob & Co timepieces - Fleurs De Jardin, Astronomia and Billionaire. The interior designs of the penthouses collection will also be influenced the same way.

A ‘Billionaire Penthouse’ will be the ‘hyper-tower's jewel in the crown.” said Jacob Arabo, Chairman and Creative Director of Jacob & Co.

The 100-plus storeys at Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences will be split into two- and three-bedroom residences. Multiple levels dedicated to an Infinity pool overlooking the entire Dubai skyline, a spa and a gym. This hyper-tower will also have a dedicated concierge team, offering services such as daycare, bodyguard, chauffeur and private chef.

The title holder as of now is Central Park Tower in New York , at 472.4 metres.
