First Look at The World's Tallest Residential Building in Dubai

Al Habtoor Group's founding chairman took to Twitter to provide citizens of the country the first look at the world's impending largest residential tower.

"I love work, and I always follow the approach of 'if any of you does a job, let him master it,'" he said in the tweet.

Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor posted a video showcasing the Al Habtoor Tower's present location and progress. "I am currently working with extreme focus and mastery on the "Al Habtoor Tower" project, the world's largest residential tower...which is truly a new icon added to the icons of the charming Dubai."

"Our city, Dubai, deserves our hard work and effort, as it has given us a lot and provided us with everything we need, and it is now, without exaggeration, the best and safest place for investment, and what we sow today, we will reap tomorrow," he added.

Habtoor Tower in Dubai will be largest residential tower in the world, with 81 floors and 1,701 keys.

It is being built on Sheikh Zayed Road, on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal, overlooking the Burj Khalifa in the Business Bay area and near the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

The project will use innovative construction techniques and high-quality concrete and steel in the development, which will make it one of the quickest builds in the city.

Al Habtoor City was officially launched in 2016.
