Dubai's Palm Jumeirah to Get 71-Storey Skyscraper

Nakheel, a Dubai-based developer, has revealed a new residential project that is expected to be one of the most impressive and eye-catching additions to the city's already thriving real estate sector.

A new residential project unveiled called Como Residences, which is a 71-storey tower to be built on an empty plot at the gateway to Palma Residences on the Palm Jumeirah. The ultra-luxurious residential tower is set to become one of Dubai's most iconic addresses.

The design of Como Residences takes inspiration from the waterfront location, with each floor mimicking the shape of a rolling ocean wave. The tower's unique design is not the only notable feature; at 71 floors, it will be the tallest building on the Palm Jumeirah, surpassing the current tallest tower, the Palm Tower, which has 52 floors and is located in the center of the trunk.

Nakheel's Como Residences, the new 71-story tower to be constructed on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah, will offer ultra-luxurious residential properties that provide breathtaking sea views, contemporary interiors, and premium amenities, such as landscaped pools and private beach access.

The property's units range in size from two to six bedrooms and the tower is set to be the tallest on Palm Jumeirah, exceeding the current tallest building by over 20 floors. Real estate agents have stated that prices for the Como Residences start at Dhs21 million.
