New IndiGo Flight Services Launched Between India and the Middle East

The Indian airline IndiGo will provide new direct flight routes from the Indian cities of Chennai and Hyderabad to Abu Dhabi and Muscat effective from 26th March 2023 in an effort to expand its Middle Eastern business.

The low-cost airline has announced the launch of additional daily flights between Abu Dhabi and Chennai, Hyderabad, and Muscat. The extra flights are being added to meet the growing demand between India and the Middle East, as per Vinay Malhotra, Head of Global Sales at IndiGo.

He stated, "We are pleased to announce the addition of new flights to cater to the increasing demand between India and the Middle East. These new connections will support the medical students and tourists traveling to Muscat and Abu Dhabi. The increased accessibility to the Middle East, well-known for its food, culture, and oil reserves, will promote both commerce and tourism. We will continue to enhance international connectivity and uphold our promise of providing a courteous, on-time, hassle-free, and affordable travel experience across the wide network." 

Travelers planning holidays and business trips to and from the Middle East will have additional alternatives offered by IndiGo. 

Around 78 million passengers, including 7.6 million international passengers, traveled with IndiGo last year.
