Rüya Dubai Unveils an Exquisite Ramadan Iftar Menu

Welcoming guests on an enchanting Anatolian journey this Ramadan, Rüya Dubai will offer a memorable Iftar experience to celebrate the flavours of the season. With a carefully curated sharing-style menu by Head Chef Gökhan Çökelez, friends and family can expect to indulge in an array of exquisite dishes prepared with the finest ingredients.

In a vibrant ambience, guests can look forward to starting their meal with flavorful red lentil and Jerusalem artichoke soups, before moving onto mouth-watering starters and the main course. The elaborate menu includes starters fit for both vegetarians and meat-lovers, including cig köfte, börek with feta cheese, carrot, courgetti and walnuts, icli köfte, halloumi mixed leaf salad, made-to-order two cheese pide, and çaġ kebap with wagyu beef and lamb.  

For the main course, guests can select from a choice of delightful dishes including grilled sea bass and zeytinyagli pirasa, succulent adana kebap, marinated baby chicken, and keskek made with barley risotto and truffle butter. To end the meal on a sweet note, a selection of Anatolian desserts will be served with Ramadan quenchers, coffee, and a variety of tea flavours.

With a spacious interior and an expansive terrace overlooking breathtaking views of the iconic Burj Al Arab and Arabian Gulf, Rüya Dubai’s lively atmosphere, inspiring aesthetics, warm hospitality, and exceptional Anatolian fare make it the perfect place to gather with friends and family.

The Iftar at Rüya will be available daily from sunset to 8:30 pm during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
