Video: Sheikh Hamdan Dives Inside The New Dubai Deep Dive

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has posted a video as an Instagram story, showing him in full diving gear. The Dubai Crown Prince had posted a video showing the world’s deepest pool “An entire world awaits you at @deepdivedubai the world’s deepest pool, with a depth of 60 meters (196 feet) #Dubai,” he posted.

The deepest pool in the world has just opened in Dubai with a depth of 60.02 metres, and can hold 14 million litres of water. Deep Dive Dubai is located in Nad Al Sheba and is the equivalent of six Olympic-sized swimming pools.

The venue will also be home to the region’s largest underwater film studio, complete with a media editing room and a video wall. The new destination is perfect for social media enthusiasts as divers will be able to explore an underwater world, complete with an abandoned streetscape, apartment, garage, arcade and other interesting features.
