Dubai Announces Mountain Bike Race 2024

Dubai has announced the Mountain Bike Race's comeback for a second edition.

The second edition of the Mountain Bike Race will be held on October 15th at the mountain bike track in Mushrif Park, Al-Khawaneej.

Riders in the race will travel through a forest of 70,000 trees.

The Mountain Bike Race is being organized by the Dubai Sports Council (DSC) in partnership with the Dubai Municipality.

Participants will compete in three different categories for men and women:

  • Community category – 18 kilometer

  • Amateur category – 37 kilometer

  • Professional category – 56 kilometer

A total of 350 riders of all ages and nationalities took part in the Mountain Bike Race's first edition last year.

Khalifa Al-Kaabi and Marwa Al-Haj, both Emiratis, won the men's and women's amateur 37-kilometer races.

The deadline to register for this event is October 8th and the winners in each category will get valuable prizes.
