Munshid Al Sharjah to Host Auditions in September

Sharjah TV's competition Munshid Al Sharjah will be hosted throughout September in various countries in the Arab World.

In Saudi Arabia, the auditions will be hosted at Advanced Schools, Qortoba District, Riyadh on Sep. 2.

In Oman, the auditions will be hosted at Sohar University, Sohar on Sep. 5.

In the UAE, the auditions will be held at the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority Headquarters, on Sep. 23.

After these countries, the show's auditions will be hosted in Jordan, Morocco, Algeria, and Egypt.

Competitors are going to be judged by a panel, which will include two previous winners.

Participants who are shortlisted will have to travel to Sharjah for training, which will lead to a live broadcast of their final performances for three nights at Al Majaz Amphitheatre in December.

Aspiring applicants who will not be able to attend the auditions in person can submit their applications online, which should include a three-minute performance of a nasheed or a mawwal at the competition's website.

Participants must be tagged between 18 and 25 years old.
