New Dubai Metro Times Were Announced For The UAE New Working Week

With the new laws for UAES' new working week, there was an updated metro and bus times that will take effect starting next week, Dubai chief of transportation has announced that new metro and bus times in the UAE will come to effect.

The new metro and bus times in UAE

The new working days for the public sector will be from Monday - Thursday and half day on Friday starting 3rd of Jan 2022, the private schools will follow, and private sector companies are left up to decide on their own, that is why new days and times for the metro and bus in UAE were announced.

• All Dubai metro Red lines will start working 05:00 Am - 01:15 Am the following day | Monday - Thursday.
• All Dubai metro Green lines will start working 05:00 Am - 01:15 Am the following day | Monday - Thursday.
• Both Dubai metro Green lines and Red lines will start working from 05:00 Am - 02:15 Am | Friday - Saturday
• Both lines will start working from 08:00 Am - 01:15 Am on Sunday.
• Dubai tram will work from 06:00 Am - 01:00 Am | Monday - Saturday
• Dubai tram will work from 09:00 Am - 01:00 Am on Sunday
• Dubai buses will run throughout the week normally but the timetables will be changed to listen 
• The public parking system will remain as it is without further notice, parking free on Friday and public holidays.
• The new closure times of the bridge will be 10:00 pm on Saturday and up to 06:00 Am on Monday starting Feb 2nd, 2022.

All new working hours will take place in the offices and services centers, and all governmental centers will switch to Monday - Friday working hours starting on 3rd January 2022.

• RTAs' main offices will start working from 07:30 Am - 03:30 Pm | Monday - Friday, the weekend will be Saturday & Sunday.
• RTAs' service providing centers or technical testing centers will operate on 04:00 Pm - 09:00 Pm | Sunday - Thursday and the weekend will be Saturday. They will operate from 04:00 pm to 09:00 pm on Friday.
• RTAs' customer happiness centers will operate from 08:00 Am - 07:30 Pm, from Monday - Thursday, weekends are on Saturday and Sunday, and the center will open from 8 AM to noon on Friday.
