Nine-Day Weekend Expected in UAE in 2024

Residents of the UAE can anticipate a nine-day vacation during the first half of 2024.

The holy month of Ramadan is predicted to start on Monday, March 11th, 2024, and will likely last for 30 days, with Eid Al Fitr happening on Wednesday, April 10th, 2024, according to astronomical projections.

Employees in the public and private sectors are given time off for Eid Al Fitr from Ramadan 29 to Shawwal 3.

This means that UAE employees can enjoy a break starting from Monday, April 8th, until Friday, April 12th.

Employees will enjoy a nine-day break from Saturday, April 6th, through Sunday, April 14th, taking advantage of two weekends.
