Filipino expatriates in the UAE will have an opportunity to meet President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. as the Filipino president is set to meet with them in Dubai. This event, scheduled for November 29, 2023, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, will be a three-hour engagement starting at 5:00 pm.

The Philippine missions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi revealed essential details for the upcoming event. To participate, registration online is mandatory, and only Filipinos aged 18 and above will be granted an entry.

In order to maintain a secure environment, the event organizers have established specific guidelines. The dress code is specified as "smart casual or Filipiniana." Notably, attendees are advised not to bring large bags, selfie sticks, umbrellas, posters, banners, placards, and streamers inside the venue for security reasons.
