Sheikh Hazza bin Sultan bin Zayed Has Passed Away

Sheikh Hazza bin Sultan bin Zayed passed away on Thursday, May 9, which was announced by the UAE Presidential Court announced.

Sheikh Hazza is understood to have been in his mid-30s and the cause of his death was not revealed.

The Presidential Court shared a statement: "The Presidential Court extended heartfelt condolences and sympathies on the death of Sheikh Hazza bin Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan."

Sheikh Hazza was part of UAE's ruling family and was well-known for his horse-riding skills in the equestrian circles. 

Sheikh Hazza was the son of Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan who passed away in 2019. 

Sheikh Sultan was the brother of UAE's President Sheikh Mohamed and was the President's Representative to the late President Sheikh Khalifa.
