Should we call it, Lara’s Purple Salad?

I should admit this salad is delicious, the combination of ingredients is balanced and savory!

• 1-2 cups of Mélange de Chou (mixture of cabbage: red and purple and some shredded carrots).

• 1/3 cup of Beets.

• 1/2 small Chopped Red Onion.

• 1/2 cup Cherries 

• 1/3 cup of white beans

• 2 Boiled eggs

• 1/2 Tbsp avocado oil

• Red Wine Vinegar

• Sumak and pink salt.


What do I get? you can always decrease the portions for less caloric intake.

25 g of Protein

17 g of Fat

16.5 g of Fiber
