Abu Dhabi's Darb Toll Gate and Public Transport is Revised for Ramadan

Abu Dhabi has revised the peak hours for the Darb Toll Gate for Ramadan, which will be from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and will still be applied from Monday to Saturday.

According to the Department of Municipalities and Transport’s Integrated Transport Centre (ITC), Sundays will continue to be free of charge. ITC also announced that Abu Dhabi's parking hours will remain the same during Ramadan, so Mawaqif fees will be charged from 8 a.m. to midnight on Monday to Saturday, and will be free of charge on Sundays.

Public transport services in Abu Dhabi will operate from 5 a.m. or 6 a.m. based on the route and will run until 1 a.m. Services for Abu Dhabi's suburbs will run from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m.

The public transport in Al Ain will operate from 7 a.m. until 2 a.m. during the Holy Month. Al Dhafrah's bus services will operate at the current service hours with very few changes, but the service will not be available during Iftar time.

The Abu Dhabi Express services will be available from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. during the week and from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. during weekends.

The bus service “Abu Dhabi Link” will be available from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. throughout the week and more information can be accessed at www.itc.gov.ae.
