Dubai Voted The Friendliest City in the Arab World

Rough Guides, a UK based travel guide publisher, conducted a poll in which its readers voted for the world’s friendliest cities. Dubai ranked high in the list and came 8th place between 15 top cities.

Coming in at number one was Glasgow in Scotland, followed by Dublin, Ireland, Montreal in Canada, Liverpool in the UK, Tokyo in Japan, Vancouver in Canada and Copenhagen in Denmark.

After Dubai in eighth place came Manchester UK, Melbourne in Australia, then Budapest in Hungary. Cape Town, South Africa came in at 12th place followed by Vientiane, Laos, then Wellington, New Zealand and finally Atlanta, Georgia USA.

In the past months Dubai has also ranked high or came at the top of other lists such as one of The Most Instagrammable cities in the world, one of the Safest Cities in the world, and the Walthiest City in the region.
