Real Housewives of Dubai Make it to Variety's Impactful Women List

Variety released its 'Impactful International Women of 2023' list, which is released for International Women's Day to celebrate women's achievements in show business and the list featured the cast members of the series Real Housewives of Dubai. 

The list featured Chanel Ayan, Nina Ali, Caroline Brooks, Sara Al Madani, Lesa Milan, and Caroline Stanbury. These women are from England, Kenya, Lebanon, Jamaica, the U.S. and Dubai and are settled in the city of Dubai in the UAE.

The only Emirati from the cast member Sara Al Madani said that she decided to be part of the show as "an opportunity to do a massive PR campaign to fix the stereotype and wrong information that the western world has about Arab women, the Middle East and Muslims.” 

Al Madani's co-star Lesa Milan explained how she wanted viewers "to see how amazing and diverse Dubai truly is”. 

These women have challenged misconceptions about women living in Dubai and the Middle East through this show.
