Online Traffic Fine Payments of Close to 500,000 Were Made in Sharjah

As the police step up efforts to promote smart services, a total of 491 431 traffic transactions were completed online in Sharjah in 2022.

The websites and applications of the Sharjah Police and the Ministry of Interior enabled all of these transactions to be completed in a matter of minutes.

Lt. Col. Majid Al Nuaimi, deputy head of the Sharjah Police's Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, urged people and businesses to utilize smart services. He also asked the residents to dial 901 if anyone has any feedback, suggestion, or comments on the online service.

“In line with the directions of the wise leadership on smart transformation, the Sharjah Police seeks to enhance residents' quality of life by providing world-class services. These smart services help the public save time and effort when making transactions," said Lt. Col. Majid Al Nuaimi.
