Sustainable Practices

The park aims to offer educational and recreational activities, as well as opportunities for scientific research. Activities that could harm the park's values, such as hunting and damaging natural areas, will be strictly prohibited. Development around the park will also require stringent approvals.

Future Development

While construction is underway, an official completion date has not been announced. The Mleiha area is on the UNESCO World Heritage Site nominee list, highlighting its importance to the emirate and the UAE. Once open, Mleiha National Park is expected to become a major draw for tourists and history enthusiasts alike.
