UAE Tops the World in Talent Attractiveness Index

According to various international entities, the UAE has emerged as a global leader in terms of talent attractiveness and the absence of labor disputes. The country has consistently topped several global labor market indices published by renowned organizations and institutions.

In the Global Prosperity Index 2023 released by the Legatum Institute in the UK, the UAE secured the top position worldwide in the Talent Attractiveness Index.

This recognition signifies the UAE's exceptional ability to attract talented individuals from around the world and highlights its strong position in global talent competitiveness.

The UAE showcased leadership in several indices such as lack of labor disputes, low cost of severance compensation, and working hours in the World Competitiveness Yearbook 2022 by the IMD.

Additionally, it stood out for its low cost of severance compensation in the Global Innovation Index 2022 by WIPO. The country ranked second globally in multiple indices including specialized senior managers, employment rate, low unemployment, expatriate workforce percentage, and labor force percentage.
