Book Dubai Driving Tests Now Using WhatsApp

Dubai residents applying for a driving license now can book and reschedule driving test appointments via WhatsApp, as announced by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).

The service is accessible through RTA’s Mahboub Chatbot at 0588009090. Mira Ahmed Al Sheikh, Director of the Smart Services Department at RTA’s Corporate Technical Support Services Sector, explained that users' phone numbers and registered information are pre-authenticated, eliminating the need for the official application or website.

The interactive service, available in Arabic and English, allows users to schedule driving test appointments and make service fee payments through the pre-authenticated system. Al-sheik highlighted ongoing efforts to enhance the generative artificial intelligence techniques employed by 'Mahboub' to understand natural human languages better and generate accurate responses while maintaining data privacy.

Mahboub can efficiently handle customer queries regarding RTA information, procedures, and interactive services, utilizing continuous learning to improve its understanding through previous conversations.
