Dubai South to Open New Aerospace Complex in Q3 2026

Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub is set to complete its Sky Support Complex by the end of the third quarter of 2026. The project will add a new warehouse, office and commercial space for aviation companies in Dubai South.

The landside development covers 16,661 square metres in the Aerospace Supply Chain Zone and will offer 14 premium units for businesses in the aviation sector.

Companies working from the complex will benefit from dedicated landside access and direct connectivity to Al Maktoum International Airport and the wider Dubai South business ecosystem.

Flexible space for aviation companies

The new development will offer a mix of warehouse, office and commercial spaces. This gives companies the flexibility to choose what suits their operational needs.

Located in a bonded free zone, the complex will also give businesses 100% foreign ownership, along with specialised infrastructure and services for aviation-related operations.

The project is designed for companies that want to grow their operations while staying close to airport facilities, maintenance centres and aviation supply chains.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub is the aerospace platform of Dubai South. It provides facilities for airlines, private jet companies, maintenance, repair and overhaul businesses, and other aviation-related companies.

The hub also includes maintenance centres, training facilities and education campuses, supporting Dubai’s efforts to grow its aerospace engineering and aviation services sectors.
