Dubai to Launch Two New Salik Toll Gates

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) have announced the launch of two new Salik (toll) gates at Business Bay Crossing and in Al Safah South by November 2024.

The toll gate at the Business Bay Crossing will be installed at Al Khail Road, while the toll gate in Al Safah South will be installed on Sheikh Zayed Road, between Al Meydan Street and Umm Al Sheif Street.

These two new toll gates will bring the total number of toll gates in Dubai to 10 and they will be installed to help reduce traffic congestion in the emirate.

The toll gates at Business Bay Crossing and in Al Safa South are expected to reduce traffic by 15 percent in each area. 

This reduction in traffic congestion will help improve the mobility of commuters and make travel more convenient for them.
