Dubai Police Arrests A Man on Dubai Metro For Inapproriate Behaviour

A man was arrested for behaving inappropriately on the Dubai Metro. A Tiktok video showed the man dancing in the cabin without his mask on. Dubai Police charged the man with "committing public indecent act" and disturbing other commuters.

He has also been fined for not complying with COVID-19 precautionary measures.

"Whoever openly commits an indecent and disgraceful act shall be punished by detention for a period of at least six months or/ and a fine of AED 5,000," said Brigadier Obaid Al Hathboor, Director of the Transport Security Department at Dubai Police.
