Dubai to Get the World's Tallest Residential Clock Tower

Dubai is all set to get the world's tallest residential clock tower, according to an announcement made on Thursday, Dec. 8 at an event 

The project will be a collaboration between London Gate and Franck Muller. 

London Gate is UAE's premium real estate developer, while Franck Muller is the Swiss luxury watch manufacturer in Dubai. 

This collaboration marks the entry of Franck Muller into the real estate industry with the development of their first branded residences. 

The residential clock tower will be named Aeternitas. The project will be officially unveiled in January 2024. 

The handover can be expected by 2026.
