Dubai's Schools and Universities to Get One-Week Eid Holiday

School and university students of Dubai will get a one-week-long holiday for Eid Al Fitr this year!

The Knowledge and Human Development Authority, the emirate's private education regulator, that all academic institutions and nurseries will have the Eid holiday from Monday, Apr. 8 to Sunday, Apr. 14.

Many private schools across the UAE closed last week for a long three-week holiday because they merged the spring break and Eid Al Fitr holidays.

This will give students plenty of time to relax and enjoy the Eid Al Fitr festivities. 

Recently, the Eid Al Fitr holidays were announced for the public sector and private sector.

Families and friends can celebrate Eid Al Fitr by watching fireworks shows taking place across the UAE. 

There will be various other events happening across the UAE for Eid Al Fitr including concerts, festivals, and much more!
