UAE Introduces AI-Powered Gas Stations for Personalized Experience

ADNOC Distribution has revealed plans to launch three fuel stations that will be equipped with artificial intelligence technology in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

ADNOC Distribution has launched Fill & Go, a new technology that uses computer vision and machine learning to provide a personalized fueling experience to customers. This service is the first of its kind in the region and allows computers to recognize vehicles and offer a tailored service.

With the ADNOC Distribution app, customers can register their vehicles and take advantage of the Fill & Go service at ADNOC stations that support this technology. Smart cameras installed at the station will recognize the vehicle and initiate the fueling process based on the customer's stored data such as preferred fuel type and spending amount.

Accordingly, this leads to a faster and smoother fueling experience, and a digital screen will notify the customer once the process is completed. Additionally, registered customers can receive personalized offers at ADNOC Oasis stores.
