Free Digital Parking Permits Announced in Dubai

Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) recently announced new digital parking permits that would do away with the requirement to print and show the necessary information. Beginning on August 20th, the new digital permits will be available.

By digitizing the parking permit service for elderly Emiratis and people of determination, the RTA is enhancing its management of smart services.

The smart permit now has a new feature that allows users to add up to 5 vehicles to each permit, one primary vehicle and 4 secondary vehicles as only one vehicle may be activated at a time through the website and RTA Dubai App.
