Moonsighting Committee: First Day of Eid Al Adha Falls on Wednesday

The moon sighting was confirmed on Sunday’s evening, according to the Committee for Sighting the Crescent Moon of Dhul Hijjah 1444 AH.

Thus, the first day of the month of Dhul Hijjah 1444 AH will fall on Monday, June 19, 2023.

Arafat day will fall on Tuesday, June 27^th (9 Dhul Hijjah 1444 AH)

Wednesday, June 28th, 2023 will be the first day of Eid Al Adha (10 Dhul Hijjah 1444 AH).
