Dubai Eid Al Adha 2025: Metro, Tram, Bus Timings Announced

As Eid Al Adha approaches, Dubai’s RTA has released adjusted timetables for public transport and customer service centres. Here’s a quick rundown to help you navigate the city smoothly from June 4 through June 9.

Metro & Tram Holiday Timings

  • Dubai Metro: Running from 5 AM to 1 AM (next day) between Wednesday, June 4, and Saturday, June 7.

  • Dubai Tram: Operating daily from 6 AM to 1 AM (next day) during the same period.

These extended hours ensure commuters can move around easily during holiday shopping and family visits.

Bus Route Changes

RTA urges riders to check the S’hail app for real-time updates, since some lines will be paused or rerouted:

  • E100: Will not run from June 4 to June 8 at Al Ghubaiba Bus Station. Instead, take E101 from Ibn Battuta Bus Station to Abu Dhabi.

  • E102: Will operate directly between Al Jafiliya Bus Station and Zayed International Airport (Abu Dhabi), skipping Ibn Battuta and Musaffah stops.

Other local bus routes may follow normal schedules, but double-check via S’hail to avoid surprises.

RTA Customer Services & Testing Centres

  • Customer Happiness Centres: All branches close for Eid Al Adha, except Smart Centres at Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, and RTA Headquarters, which stay open 24/7.

  • Service Provider Centres: Closed from June 5 to June 7. Only technical testing services resume on Sunday, June 8 at:

    • Tasjeel Al Tawar

    • AutoPro Al Mankhool

    • Tasjeel Al Awir

    • Al Yalayis

    • Shamil Muhaisnah

All RTA services—ticket transactions, licensing, and vehicle testing—go back to normal on Monday, June 9, 2025.
