Sultan Al Neyadi to Make Live Call to His Hometown on His Birthday

UAE astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi will be making a live call to his hometown Al Ain on his birthday on Tuesday, May 23rd.

Al Neyadi will speak to the public in his hometown on this special occasion. This live call will be the fourth call of the 'A Call from Space' initiative in which he speaks to heads of state, space enthusiasts, and students from the orbiting outpost. 

Director General of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) Salem Al Marri said "Each call we share with Sultan is an invaluable window into the realities of life beyond our planet."

Al Neyadi is from Umm Ghafa, which is a residential district in Al Ain. The live call will take place at the UAE University in Al Ain at 2 p.m. and doors to the venue will open at 1 p.m. 

People interested in attending the event must book their seats at the MBRSC website.
